In terms of energy conservation and consumption reduction, we will keep pace with the times, actively explore the path of cleaner production, and conduct comprehensive monitoring and management of environmental protection “three wastes” emissions, striving to be a model pioneer in energy conservation and emission reduction. In recent years, more than 500 million yuan has been invested in the upgrading of energy-saving emission reduction and environmental protection facilities. All the flue gas discharge outlets of each production park have been upgraded, installed environmental protection online monitoring equipment, and increased investment in the SNCR denitration automatic control system. Build a water circulation system and high-efficiency automatic solid-liquid separation and recovery equipment in the park, and conduct whole-process monitoring and systematic treatment of the “three wastes” of waste gas, waste water and waste residue generated in the production process of building ceramics, so as to realize recycling and turn waste into treasure.

Energy saving
Ceramic flue gas treatment and waste heat utilization technology system
In the ceramic production process, the kiln firing process is the largest part of energy consumption and emissions. By using premixed energy-saving spray guns, combustion-supporting air heating projects, and implementing standardized operation management of kilns, in the case of ensuring sufficient fuel combustion, adjustment The air peroxidation coefficient can reduce the frequency of the exhaust fan and reasonably reduce the pressure of the kiln, thereby reducing the energy loss, which can achieve an energy saving effect of more than 8%.

Exhaust gas treatment system
Through the independent innovation of the enterprise, the technical transformation of the original kiln and spray tower flue gas treatment equipment in each production park is carried out
Using the method of combining “recycling” and “new” ceramic flue gas environmental protection treatment facilities, using the latest “cyclone atomization high-efficiency deep desulfurization, denitrification and dust removal synergy technology” of South China University of Technology and SNCR denitration automatic control system with independent intellectual property rights , built a new integrated equipment for desulfurization, denitrification and dust removal of kilns and spray towers and a flue gas deep whitening project, and integrated innovative technologies to control flue gas.

Wastewater Treatment System
Four water circulation treatment plants have been established. According to production needs, the domestic sewage and rainwater in the plant area will be uniformly treated before being used for production.
According to the different quality of wastewater, reasonable design and diversion treatment are carried out, and the raw materials and polishing sedimentation tanks are separated to facilitate the independent recovery of raw materials, environmental protection, and polishing and edging waste residues, so as to avoid cross-contamination and achieve the purpose of recyclability and reuse.

Waste tile slag recycling
In order to solve the problem of solid waste in the process of ceramic production, the Group adopts advanced technology and equipment in various parks and factories to classify and recycle different solid wastes by developing new products, changing the ratio of raw materials and the formulation of primers.
